EMS, Nawras and RIM Introduce the BlackBerry Solution In Oman

Muscat, Oman and Waterloo, ON–EMS, Nawras and Research In Motion (RIM) (NASDAQ: RIMM; TSX: RIM) today announced the launch of the BlackBerry® solution in Oman. The BlackBerry solution brings together smartphones, software and services to allow easy wireless access to email, phone, calendar, web, multimedia and other business and lifestyle applications. Nawras customers in Oman will now be able to enjoy the freedom and productivity benefits of using BlackBerry® smartphones to stay connected to people and information on the go.

Within its sleek and stylish exterior, this award winning smartphone includes powerful communications features and rich multimedia capabilities including a camera, music and video player and an expandable memory slot for additional storage. The BlackBerry Pearl 8110 smartphone incorporates all the features and functionality of the BlackBerry Pearl 8100 with the additional benefit of built-in GPS.
BlackBerry 8800:The slim and stylish BlackBerry 8800 smartphone is designed to satisfy the needs of demanding mobile professionals. It includes a full, highly tactile QWERTY keyboard with a range of features including built-in GPS, a multimedia player and an expandable memory card slot. The large, high resolution display, with its automatic light sensing technology, makes viewing email, the Internet and other applications a pleasure.
